Ok, so this first one's not too scary. I mean the dresses are a little unnerving...but I kinda like that lower lady's hair.
But here's where I start sweating a bit. The wig, the smock, the ornament skirt, the look on that crazy lady's face...
And here...here is the image that will cause me to wake up screaming in the night. Who on god's green earth would not only come up with such a ridiculous hat and scarf set, but then force this poor girl to pretend to be happy wearing them, and then, against all better judgement while looking at the proofs, say "YES! Print this!!" Who? It's not even a real hat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You forgot to use the tag "whimsical" (or "whimsy"...or both)
ReplyDeletei thought stupid covered that.
ReplyDeleteThose were not as scary as I had expected (I actually kinda dig the ornament skirt!! for my Xmas Par-tay!!), though I do agree that the "quasi-hat" or "semi-hat" is OBNOXIOUSLY AND DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED.
ReplyDeletewell, i guess when i said scare you silly i thought it sort of took some of the wind out of the SCARE factor. but as far as the disabled part - my thoughts exactly! the hat/scarf combo is, itself, DEVELOPMENTALLY DISABLED. and this wasn't even during the Bicentennial!! for christ's sake!!!!
ReplyDeletei'll see what I can do about whipping you up an ornament skirt for xmas. then you'll HAVE to wear it. and a wig.
Baby, I'll wear anything for an ornament skirt. And I think perhaps a blonde, or maybe the classic 70s "ash blonde", wig, yes?
